RETURN POLICY

  • Merchandise must have all tags attached.
  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Any merchandise purchased at discount or on sale cannot be returned.
  • Merchandise must be in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, accessories) with tags attached.

REFUNDS

  • Original shipping charges and are non-refundable.
  • Import duties/taxes and customs fees are non-refundable.
  • All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our Returns Center.
  • All refunds are subject to a $5.99 processing & handling fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

STORE CREDIT

  • Store credit never expires.
  • Store credit is provided in U.S. Dollars.
  • Store Credit may be used to purchase gift cards to our store.
  • Store Credit can only be used online at www.ExpensiveLA.com.
  • Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
  • Your use of the Store Credit constitutes your agreement to our Terms.
  • For more information about Store Credit, please contact Customer Support.
  • Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
  • Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned and you have selected “Store Credit” as the refund method.
