RETURN POLICY
- Merchandise must have all tags attached.
- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
- Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Any merchandise purchased at discount or on sale cannot be returned.
- Merchandise must be in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, accessories) with tags attached.

REFUNDS
- Original shipping charges and are non-refundable.
- Import duties/taxes and customs fees are non-refundable.
- All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our Returns Center.
- All refunds are subject to a $5.99 processing & handling fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
STORE CREDIT
- Store credit never expires.
- Store credit is provided in U.S. Dollars.
- Store Credit may be used to purchase gift cards to our store.
- Store Credit can only be used online at www.ExpensiveLA.com.
- Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
- Your use of the Store Credit constitutes your agreement to our Terms.
- For more information about Store Credit, please contact Customer Support.
- Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
- Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned and you have selected “Store Credit” as the refund method.
